WPP Beauty Tech Labs is a bespoke team embedded in Wavemaker. It pulls in the
best talent and practices from the group as required (both GroupM and WPP).

What You’ll Do:
  • Innovation Leadership: Spearhead the latest innovations in social media, digital engagement, and influencer marketing for L'Oréal Groupe brands.
  • Champion Cross-Team Synergy: With a passion for teamwork and collaboration, you'll help unlock the full potential of L'Oréal Groupe’s brands by bridging teams and ideas. This is your chance to amplify the impact of each brand, leveraging stakeholder strengths to deliver award-winning campaigns.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute social-first, data-driven influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales, establishing best practices in the industry.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20+ professionals across creative, content, social, and influencer marketing disciplines to deliver top-tier campaigns and results. At speed, at scale!
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in the beauty and influencer marketing space, driving education and inspiration both internally and externally.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with L'Oréal Groupe (CDMO and Brand Divisions), key influencers and creators as well as talent agents to create authentic brand stories that resonate with today’s beauty consumers.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics and social listening tools to continuously optimize campaigns, track trends, and prove ROI on influencer strategies.
  • Best Practices: Establish frameworks that define influencer marketing excellence, from campaign execution to ROI analysis.
